We have been studying the UDHR (Universal Declaration of Human Rights) in 5th grade. We are becoming very familiar with the rights we have and are starting to connect how the promises of these rights have been kept or broken in informational text and fictional text. We are really getting good at providing examples that we create for kept and broken promises, as well.
